Mikheil is from Tbilisi, Georgia. He enrolled in SFC in 2013.

While at SFC, Mikheil was a Student Senator at the Student Government Association, a member of the Pi Sigma Alpha Political Science National Honor Society, received the Emerging Student Leader Award, the John Fitzgerald Kennedy and Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Award for Academic Achievements, and was inducted into the Duns Scotus Honor Society.

Upon graduation from SFC, Mikheil completed his MA in Sustainable International Development from the Heller School for Social Policy and Management, Brandeis University. As of 2023, he works as a System Analyst at Oxfam America.
