The mission of St. Francis College ServiceDesk is to provide St. Francis College students, faculty and staff with a reliable and secure technology infrastructure that supports the student learning process, academic programs, and the administrative service functions of the College.
The SFC ServiceDesk provides oversight of the College computer labs, classroom and administrative / faculty office technology; and is committed to an exceptional quality of service.
It provides technical, hardware, and software support for all SFC-owned computers including network and e-mail issues, password recovery, printing assistance. ServiceDesk also provides limited support for personal devices that includes basic diagnostics and best practices guide. It is the primary contact for all students, faculty, and staff for computing and technology issues.
