Education

Juris Doctor Degree, Rutgers University School of Law, Camden, NJ
B.A. Psychology, CUNY, New York

I am a Business Law professor with a deep passion for both the practice and teaching of law. I earned my bachelor’s degree in psychology from Baruch College and went on to receive my Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School–Camden, where I served as Notes Editor for the Journal of Law and Public Policy. My legal career has been shaped by a commitment to critical thinking, ethical advocacy, and empowering others to understand the complexities of business and regulation. In addition to teaching, I maintain my own private law practice, where I advise clients on a range of legal matters and continually draw from real-world experience to enrich my classes.
Beyond my professional life, I’m the proud father of five children who keep me grounded and inspired every day. When I’m not in the courtroom or the classroom, you’ll likely find me traveling with my family, playing hockey, or taking in one of the many shows that make New York City such a vibrant place to live. Family, learning, and community have always been the cornerstone of my life, and I strive to bring that same energy and balance into my teaching and practice.
