It was the perfect day for an outdoor graduation at Brooklyn Bridge Park, as almost 400 St. Francis College students and thousands of friends and family celebrated the College's Spring 2017 Commencement, Wednesday, May 24.

A beautiful day on the links led to a record setting night at the 11th Annual St. Francis College Meadow Brook Golf Outing August 2, as supporters helped raise more than $250,000 through the sale of golf and clinic tickets as well as auction items, a beat-the-student golfer contest and putting contest.

The first openly transgender woman raised in a Hasidic community, writer and activist Abby Stein will address the St. Francis College community and visitors on April 15th, in a lecture entitled My Second Transition.

Six exemplary St. Francis College students each received $6,000 scholarships at a dinner and awards ceremony on April 24th that commemorated the completion of this year's Project Access program.
