We're thrilled to welcome you to the start of a historic new chapter in St. Francis College's 160-plus year history, a major turning point for our Terrier family.Today, we're announcing that St. Francis College will move to a new campus in September 2022. The relocation is part of SFC Forward, the vision for the College's future in the coming years.

"All 21 teams competing under the Terrier banner will continue without interruption, during and after our campus relocation in summer and fall 2022. Our entire athletics program remains integral to the SFC of tomorrow, just as it has always been."

St. Francis College has been approved for a $20,000 Grants for Arts Projects award to support The Blues Society, a documentary film directed by Augusta Palmer, Ph.D., Associate Professor of Communications Arts.

"As we are concluding the observations of Jewish Passover, Christian Easter, and the Islamic holy month of Ramadan, we reflect on how these three Abrahamic religions share deep interrelationships, which is not widely known or acknowledged. Fasting, for example, is a practice present in varied forms in all these divine religions."

St. Francis College will host its first in-person commencement since January 2020, celebrating graduates from spring 2021, along with those who earned degrees in spring and summer 2020 and in winter 2021, at the Ford Amphitheater at the Coney Island Boardwalk on May 20, 2021.

In an April 20, 2021, online discussion with the St. Francis College popular music class taught by Brian Gregory, Ed.D., assistant professor of communication arts, Augusta Palmer, Ph.D., associate professor of communication arts, moderated a discussion with writer Preston Lauterbach and 95-year-old Annye C. Anderson in which she reflected on her youth with blues legend Robert Johnson prior to his death in 1938 at the age of 27 and her lifelong connection with his musical legacy.
