St. Francis College welcomed prize winning historian Nancy Hewitt for a talk about "Recasting Women's Votes: Race, Region, and Rights 1869-1970."

Even with a Nobel Peace Prize and many awards and honors for advocating for peace and equality Leymah Gbowee admits that she is still very much a work in progress.

When prospective college students come to the St. Francis College Open House this Sunday, October 23 from 10:00am to 2:00pm, they'll be able to meet the professors and administrators that will be teaching and guiding them if they choose to attend. But for some, more importantly, they'll meet the students who will be their classmates; examples of all that's possible while studying at St. Francis College.

St. Francis College proudly sponsored an Interfaith Panel Discussion on Mercy on October 5, 2016, featuring Ms. Imam Boukadoum (Director of Community Partnerships at the Interfaith Center of New York), Fr. Joel Warden, c.o., Ph.D. (Pastor of the Oratory Church of St. Boniface and Administrator of the Church of the Assumption in Brooklyn, New York), and Rabbi Joseph Potasnik (Executive Vice President of the New York Board of Rabbis).
