Reforming Sex Offender Laws for Children - Josh Gravens
Josh Gravens was placed on the sex offender registry at 12 years old. A grown man with a family, he is still paying the price. Now, an Open Society Fellow, he talks about the harm caused by placing children on these lists and fights for practical reform of sex offense laws.
