Welcome to Spring 2021!

The Back to Brooklyn plan launched for fall 2020 remains in effect this spring. That plan outlines modifications to SFC's protocols and procedures put in place to contend with the COVID-19 pandemic.SFC remains committed to delivering a stellar Franciscan education while mitigating risk of the virus' transmission. The campus is open, but access to its buildings and facilities continues to be limited.

St. Francis College Names Stanley Bazile, P.H.D. as Chief Student Affairs Officer and Dean of Students

St. Francis College is pleased to announce it has tapped Stanley Bazile, Ph.D. to serve as its new chief student affairs officer and dean of students, responsible for all aspects of SFC's student life outside of the classroom. As a member of the president's cabinet, Dr. Bazile will report directly to President Miguel Martinez-Saenz.

Susan Brownmiller Speaks on Reproductive Rights & the Supreme Court

"Brownmiller is a renowned expert and life-long activist on matters concerning women's' rights," Salholz said. "Every year on Constitution Day, our invited speaker focuses on a different aspect of the Constitution. This particular topic is timely, as the status of Roe v. Wade is debated, and may be overturned, returning the issue of reproductive rights to individual states. Brownmiller will also address current legislation concerning victim protections in cases of rape."
