							SFC Announces New Four Year Bsn Nursing Program
				St. Francis is proud to now offer a new four year BSN program for undergraduates, which is fully accredited by CCNE, the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education, and is now looking for candidates who meet the undergraduate requirements.

							SFC Professor Publishes Article on Phony Halloween Fears
				St. Francis College Sociology and Criminal Justice Professor Emily Horowitz wrote a piece for The Huffington Post entitled, "Manufacturing Fear: Halloween Laws for Sex Offenders." In the article she writes about new laws and proposals that are aimed at reducing a threat to children that she says does not exist.

							David Vann Wins the $50,000 St. Francis College Literary Prize for His Novel, Dirt
				David Vann's novel, Dirt, beat out more than 170 other books to capture the $50,000 St. Francis College Literary Prize, one of the richest prizes in the United State.
