With a special 50th Anniversary class gift of more than $110,000 from his classmates, St. Francis College raised almost half a million dollars at the Brendan J. Dugan '68 Memorial Meadow Brook Club Golf Outing on June 19, 2018.

St. Francis College alumni and friends hit the links on July 29th for the annual Brendan J. Dugan '68 Memorial Meadow Brook Club Golf Outing, a flagship fundraising event that brought in nearly $400,000 to support the College's mission of providing students an affordable, superior liberal arts education.

Man Booker Prize Winner and National Book Award Finalist Marlon James will return to St. Francis College as an instructor in the College's Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing program this summer, joining a roster of accomplished professional writers guiding students fully online.

St. Francis College is pleased to welcome Rep. Hakeem Jeffries, D-N.Y., as this year's featured guest in the Thomas J. Volpe Lecture Series, an annual event that, for the past 25 years, has introduced SFC students to world-renowned leaders from politics, literature, journalism, business and entertainment.

The week will run from October 2 through 7 and feature a variety of events on campus and off site.

An emphasis behind the creation of new opportunities for students, faculty and administrators stands as a core reason for three new promotions at St. Francis College this summer. Dr. Allen Burdowski is now the new Dean of Academic Program Development, Richie Coladarci now serves as Assistant Vice President for Human Resources and Organizational Development and John Ragno is the College's new Assistant Vice President for Finance.

St. Francis College, a distinguished Franciscan institution in the heart of Brooklyn, today announced the addition of two new members to its Board of Trustees: accomplished entrepreneur Arkell Cox and retired NBA stand-out and business executive Charles D. Smith Jr.

Williams will be honored in a ceremony prior to the Terriers' game with Sacred Heart on Saturday, February 5 at 4 p.m.

It is with great sorrow that St. Francis College announces the passing of President Brendan J. Dugan, a graduate of the College class of 1968 on December 18, 2016. He was 69.

On July 6th, Seth Zvi Rosenfeld will discuss his career as a writer in theater, film, and TV with Ben Snyder, the Dramatic Writing Coordinator for St. Francis College's MFA Program, as part of the College's Write in Brooklyn discussion series.
