Film by SFC Professors To Debut at Festival in Rwanda
“Order My Steps,” a short film directed by Augusta Palmer, chair of the department of media and communication at St. Francis College, and written by Kathryn Grant, an instructor in the department, will premiere next month at the Women Deliver Arts & Film Festival in Kigali.

Tague is pleased to announce the publication of his second book of 2010 and fourth scholarly book overall, Origins of English Dramatic Modernism, 1870–1914 (Academica Press), which focuses on the development of artistic, stylistic, and intellectual English dramas.

SFC Athletic Director Irma Garcia Honored at White House by National Latina Organization Mana
St. Francis College Athletic Director Irma Garcia was honored October 1 at The White House, in Washington, D.C. as a 2008 Las Primeras Award Recipient by MANA, A National Latina Organization, for becoming the first Hispanic woman to run an NCAA Division I Athletic Program. Another reception will be held the next day at the Organization of American States, Hall of the Americas.
